The Nationality, Passports and Residence Affairs (NPRA) organised a training course titled “Professional Etiquette and Protocol Skills”, delivered by the Deputy Governor of the Northern Governorate, Brigadier Abdullah Ali Rashid Al-Maantar.
The course took place at the Public Security Officers Club, with the participation of NPRA officers and officials as well as personnel from GCC Interior Ministries.
The course aimed to develop and enhance the professional skills and conduct of participants, enabling them to represent their institutions professionally in official and social events. It focused on providing knowledge and techniques in the fields of protocol, etiquette, and the organisation of meetings, events, and formal banquets.
This training is part of a broader series of development programmes implemented by NPRA to advance the capabilities of its human resources and elevate their professional performance in line with best regional and international practices.
