The Southern Governorate held an appreciation ceremony for its staff in recognition of their efforts in successfully implementing the governorate’s initiatives for mid-2025. On this occasion, His Highness Southern Governor, Shaikh Khalifa bin Ali Al Khalifa, honoured the governorate’s personnel as part of an annual tradition that celebrates the dedication and contributions of staff in supporting the governorate’s development and projects, as well as the Governorate’s commitment to investing in human capital. The Deputy Governor, Col Hamad Mohammed Al Khayyat, attended the event.
At the start of the ceremony, HH the Southern Governor affirmed that the Southern Governorate’s pursuit of administrative excellence is made possible due to the support of His Excellency Interior Minister General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa. This support serves as a driving force in enhancing the capabilities of the governorate’s staff and fostering creativity and innovation, in line with the governorate’s core pillars of security, engagement, and development, which contribute to improving service quality.
He also praised the strong team spirit among the governorate’s staff and their ongoing efforts to enhance productivity and performance through effective execution of their duties.
