The Equal Opportunities Committee of the Ministry of Interior has organised a series of awareness lectures for the Ministry's personnel, held at the Royal Police Academy. The initiative aims to foster personal development and strengthen educational and leadership concepts, ultimately contributing to improved professional performance and family balance.
The lecture series covered a range of topics, including a session titled “A Life of Meaning” delivered by Moza Salem, which focused on the importance of identifying one’s personal mission and creating a positive impact. Another session titled “Parenting Through Beauty” by Dr. Faleh Al-Ruwaili explored the influence of aesthetic and spiritual values on children's awareness and development.
Dr. Badoor Bouhaji presented a lecture titled “Family and Talent Development,” addressing the role of the family environment in discovering and nurturing children's abilities. The series concluded with a lecture by Lulwa Al-Bannai titled “Parental Leadership: Between Authenticity and Influence,” which highlighted the balance between professional leadership and parental responsibilities within the family, emphasising the keys to positive influence and self-awareness in parenting.
These lectures are part of the Committee’s ongoing efforts to provide educational programmes that contribute to building well-rounded and impactful personalities, while enhancing the professional and familial competencies of Ministry personnel.
