The Northern Governor, Hassan Abdullah Al Madani, expressed his deep pride and honour in the Royal trust bestowed upon him by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, in appointing him as the Northern Governorate. He extended his highest gratitude and appreciation to HM the King for this confidence, affirming his commitment to continue the path of dedication and work in the spirit of Team Bahrain, in line with the directives of the esteemed government led by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, and to translate these directives into practical plans and initiatives that contribute to serving the nation and citizens, and meeting the aspirations of the Northern Governorate’s residents in various development and service.
The Northern Governor also affirmed his determination to move forward in implementing the directives of His Excellency Interior Minister General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, to enhance institutional work, develop security and community performance, strengthen the principles of community partnership, and contribute to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals.
This came during the Muharraq Governor’s meeting with the Northern Governorate staff in the first introductory session following his appointment, in the presence of Deputy Northern Governor Brigadier Abdullah Maantar and the directors at the Governorate.
The Northern Governor praised the efforts exerted by the Governorate’s staff over the past years. He noted their excellence in carrying out their assigned tasks and achieving accomplishments in various fields to realise the development goals of the Governorate, and confirming the continuity of building on these achievements.
