The Capital Governor, Shaikh Khalid bin Hamoud Al Khalifa, underlined the importance of strengthening coordination and communication with members of the Secretariat of the Capital Municipal Council to unify efforts in addressing the needs of citizens and enhancing the quality of services provided to them. He said such efforts contribute to improving the quality of life and living standards in line with Bahrain’s comprehensive development.
He made the remarks while receiving the Capital Municipal Council Council Engineer Saleh Taher Tarada and members, who congratulated him on the Royal Decree appointing him as governor, wishing him success in his duties.
The Capital Governor stressed that the governorate prioritises monitoring the implementation of government service projects, acting as a vital link between citizens and the concerned authorities to follow up on their needs and improve services for citizens, residents, and visitors.
He noted that the meeting reaffirmed the ongoing cooperation between the governorate and the council.
