CE of the Financial Intelligence National Centre, Shaikha May bint Mohammed Al Khalifa, received a delegation from the Swiss Financial Intelligence Unit as part of an official visit aimed at enhancing cooperation and exchanging expertise in combating money laundering and terrorist financing.
Shaikha May welcomed the visiting delegation, stressing the importance of the visit in strengthening international collaboration and sharing best practices and successful experiences. She noted that such efforts contribute to improving the efficiency of national systems and reinforce Bahrain’s status regionally and internationally in addressing financial crimes.
She highlighted the Centre’s strong commitment to expanding cooperation with counterpart units, in support of joint efforts in this field.
