The Capital Governor, Shaikh Khalid bin Hamoud Al Khalifa, received the Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates to the Kingdom of Bahrain, Fahad Mohammed Salem bin Kardous Al Amer. The two sides discussed ways to enhance joint cooperation, exchange expertise, and explore opportunities that serve common interests.
The Capital Governor expressed pride in the deep-rooted fraternal ties and longstanding historical relations between Bahrain and the UAE. He affirmed that the care and support of the leadership in both countries have played a key role in broadening areas of cooperation and elevating them to broader horizons, in line with mutual interests and the advancement of GCC integration.
For his part, the UAE Ambassador expressed thanks and appreciation to the Capital Governor for the warm reception. He highlighted the steady development of the strong bilateral relations across various fields, reflecting the keenness of the leaderships in both countries to strengthen bonds and advance joint development. He also affirmed his commitment to continue enhancing cooperation in a way that meets the aspirations of the two brotherly peoples.
