The Ministry of Interior announced that the Southern Governorate Police Directorate, in cooperation with relevant Interior Ministry authorities and the Southern Municipality, carried out an inspection campaign in Ras Zuwayed as part of ongoing efforts to combat irregular labour and monitor violations of laws and regulations.
The Directorate stated that the campaign resulted in the removal of several illegal street vendor setups and the confiscation of goods displayed, while taking the necessary legal measures against the detected violations. It affirmed that such campaigns would continue throughout the year.
