His Excellency Capital Governor Shaikh Khalid bin Hamoud bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, emphasised the vital importance of strengthened collaboration with various authorities to promote security and community harmony. He stated the governorate's priority is to assess the security needs of residents and address them through targeted initiatives, thereby bolstering reassurance and ensuring stability, working in close partnership with the Ministry of Interior.
This occurred as HE the Capital Governor chaired the Capital Governorate Security Committee's tenth meeting, in the presence of Deputy Capital Governor Brigadier Ammar Mustafa Jaafar Al Sayed and representatives from the security directorates of the Ministry of Interior. The attendees were briefed on key security developments by the Capital Governorate Police Directorate and on the report by the General Directorate of Civil Defence’s initiatives within the governorate.
He extended his profound gratitude to the security directorates for their exemplary efforts in upholding the law and reinforcing public order. He commended the Ministry of Interior's pivotal role in safeguarding security and civil peace.
