The Director-General of Traffic, Major-General Shaikh Abdulrahman bin Abdulwahab Al Khalifa, headed the Interior Ministry delegation participating in the sixth meeting of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Public Security Directors’ Committee, held on 23–24 September in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The meeting discussed recent developments and reports of specialised committees, aimed at enhancing joint security cooperation among GCC states. The discussions focused on strengthening the readiness of Gulf security authorities to confront challenges, while promoting the principle of collective action to achieve greater security and stability in the region.
