Director-General of Women Police Major-General Mona Ali Abdulrahim, participated in the scientific seminar held under the title "Strategies of Women’s Training and Qualification in Enhancing Security Performance", organised by the Police Academy in Qatar.
The seminar featured wide participation from representatives of security agencies and academic institutions, where discussions focused on developing training and qualification programmes for women to enhance their performance and role within the security system. It also served as a platform for exchanging experiences and reviewing the best international practices in this field.
