The Chief of Public Security, Lt-General Tariq Al Hassan, received CEO of the Rashid Equestrian and Horseracing Club, Yousef Osama Buhejji. The Club Deputy CEO, Shaikh Hassan bin Abdulrahman Al Khalifa, the Assistant Chief of Public Security for Operations and Training, Brigadier Mohammed Abdullah Al Harm, and several officials from both sides attended.
At the beginning of the meeting, the Chief welcomed the CEO, praising the efforts of His Highness Minister of the Prime Minister Court and Chairman of the Rashid Equestrian and Horse Racing Club High Committee, Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, in advancing equestrian and horse racing in the Kingdom of Bahrain to distinguished local, regional and international levels.
He noted that the Interior Ministry, in line with the instructions of His Excellency Interior Minister, General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, is keen to support the efforts of the sports sector in the Kingdom to host international tournaments and races, thereby strengthening Bahrain’s standing as a global destination for major sporting events.
The meeting emphasised the importance of full coordination between the two sides to support the events and activities organised by the club, while continuing meetings, follow-ups, and field visits to ensure that the desired standards and objectives are achieved, guaranteeing the safety and security of all.
For his part, the club's CEO expressed gratitude and appreciation to the Chief, stressing the club’s commitment to enhancing cooperation with the Interior Ministry to ensure the highest level of preparedness for all the club’s activities.
