The Chief of Public Security, Lt-General Tariq Al Hassan, in the presence of Assistant Undersecretary for Human Resources, Major-General Adel Abdullah Ameen, received Captain Ibrahim Hamad Shuwaiter, Head of the HR Self-Affairs Division, on the occasion of achieving first place with distinction during his participation in the First Leadership Course held at the Police Academy in Egypt.
On this occasion, the Chief commended this honourable achievement, which comes as a result of the support and guidance of His Excellency Interior Minister General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, in continuing to develop the Ministry’s human resources and enhancing performance to boost efficiency and productivity. He expressed his pride in Captain Ibrahim’s success in the course, which reflects the competence of the Interior Ministry’s personnel and embodies its commitment to preparing distinguished security cadres capable of meeting the requirements of security work.
For his part, the Assistant Undersecretary for Human Resources explained that the First Leadership Course aims to develop the academic skills of police officers and enhance their capabilities, thereby contributing positively to the improvement of security performance and the advancement of professional standards.
