Northern Governor Hassan Abdullah Al Madani received author Zuhair Tawfiqi, who presented him with a copy of his book "The Spirit of the Law."
The Northern Governor commended the author’s first book, which includes a collection of articles published in local newspapers, emphasising that it reflects an advanced experience in societal topics. He noted that publishing the book in both Arabic and English contributes to highlighting the status of Bahraini culture on both local and international levels.
The author expressed his appreciation for the warm welcome, highlighting that this initiative shows a strong commitment to fostering culture and legal thought in the community.
