The Chief of Public Security, Lt-General Tariq Al Hassan, received the United Kingdom’s Senior Defence Advisor for the Middle East and North Africa, Vice Admiral Edward Ahlgren, in the presence of the Commander of the Special Security Force.
At the outset, the Chief welcomed the UK official, praising the close cooperation and coordination between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the United Kingdom, as well as the mutual interest of both sides in exploring joint work within the framework of their historic relations and strategic partnership.
The meeting discussed ways to enhance security cooperation and exchange expertise, as well as several topics of mutual interest.
