The Training Directorate at the Ministry of Interior, in cooperation with the Labour Market Regulatory Authority LMRA, organised a training workshop titled “Enhancing Modern Training Skills,” with the participation of several ministry personnel.
The workshop aimed to transfer knowledge to participants through innovative and effective methods, contributing to the creation of an interactive learning environment based on modern approaches provided by artificial intelligence in the field of training and development.
This initiative comes as part of the Ministry of Interior’s commitment to investing in human resource development and equipping its personnel with the skills necessary to keep pace with rapid advancements, thereby enhancing institutional performance and contributing to improving the efficiency of both security and administrative work.
