In a demonstration of his commitment to fostering sustained dialogue between the governorate and the community, His Highness Southern Governor Shaikh Khalifa bin Ali bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, received a delegation of Members of the Council of Repesentatives, the Head and members of the Southern Municipal Council, prominent dignitaries and residents. The meeting was also attended by Deputy Southern Governor Colonel Hamad Mohammed Abdullah Al Khayat, and a number of officers and officials from the Southern Governorate.
HH, the Southern Governor, welcomed the attendees and reaffirmed his dedication to enhancing communication and upholding core national values. He underscored that this initiative is consonant with the wise vision of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, and the support of the esteemed government, led by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, in pursuit of delivering comprehensive developmental progress.
He outlined the governorate's ongoing commitment to engaging directly with the citizens through a programme of meetings and field visits, designed to identify and address public needs. He underscored the vigilant oversight of pivotal development, service, and social projects. He also affirmed the continuation of targeted initiatives and community partnerships, pursued in close cooperation with relevant authorities.
