In the presence of the Director-General of Women Police, the Public Security Sports Association, Brigadier Mona Ali Abdulraheem, organised a cancer awareness event titled “Together for a Better Life” at Princess Sabeeka Park in Awali, in conjunction with Cancer Awareness Month.
The event is part of the Interior Ministry’s awareness programmes and its commitment to enhancing community partnerships and raising public health awareness.
The programme featured a variety of awareness activities, as well as a badminton championship and a table tennis tournament held as accompanying events, aimed at promoting sports as a healthy lifestyle and reinforcing the concept of disease prevention through regular physical activity.
