The Reformation and Rehabilitation Centre, in cooperation with the Social Affairs Directorate at the Interior Ministry, organised an awareness programme to promote health among inmates, as part of the Ministry’s efforts to provide a supportive, preventive rehabilitation environment.
The programme included awareness lectures on healthy nutrition and its role in preventing diabetes, as well as non-smoking consultations. It also featured dental check-ups and individual medical consultations for inmates, reflecting the Centre’s commitment to providing comprehensive health services that enhance awareness and encourage healthy practices within the rehabilitation environment.
