The Interior Ministry confirmed that, as part of the implementation of the 3D marine survey project being carried out by Bapco Energies within the territorial waters of the Kingdom of Bahrain, the Coast Guard announced the continuation of survey operations in the Fasht Al Jarim marine area from 8 December 2025 until 31 January 2026.
The Coast Guard explained that, as shown on the attached map, it is strictly prohibited to approach the work area marked in yellow throughout the implementation period. It also clarified that the area marked in red requires all seagoers to fully adhere to the previously announced instructions and guidelines, including avoiding proximity to operational zones, following designated safe navigation routes, refraining from conducting marine activities near the area of operations, and complying with the directions of marine patrols.
The Coast Guard called on all seafarers to exercise caution and adhere to the issued guidelines and instructions throughout the duration of the works, to preserve their safety and ensure the smooth progress of the project.
