As part of its ongoing commitment to safeguarding community security and protecting the safety of citizens and residents, the Ministry of Interior continues to implement comprehensive security efforts, relying on the latest technologies and equipment, along with well-designed plans focused on strengthening security presence and activating smart mechanisms for rapid response to reports and emergency situations. These efforts fall within a national strategy aimed at reinforcing societal stability and providing a safe environment that enables everyone to go about their daily lives with peace of mind.
A number of citizens praised the Ministry’s continuous security efforts, affirming their positive impact on their sense of safety and confidence. Mr Fahad AbdulFattah stated that the Ministry of Interior has a clear and noticeable contribution in various events and occasions, especially on social media through the awareness programmes it provides. Mr Ahmed Adel added that the initiatives launched by the Ministry—such as the “Fael Khair” initiative and the “Aman” programme on the Ministry’s official Instagram account—reflect the Ministry’s closeness to all segments of society, in addition to the educational lectures it organises in the Kingdom’s governorates.
Mr Azzat Haboushi, a resident in Bahrain, expressed his appreciation for the Ministry’s efforts in maintaining the safety of both citizens and residents, praising the intensified traffic campaigns on various roads. Several foreigners also confirmed that the security efforts enhance their sense of safety and reassurance, noting that the Ministry places great importance on youth and addresses issues through innovative awareness methods in its online campaigns—making Bahrain one of the safest countries, thanks to the Ministry of Interior’s diligent work.
In a related context, Major Fahad Ali Al Qahtani, an officer at the Main Operations Room, emphasised that the safety of citizens and residents is always a top priority. He explained that reports are monitored moment by moment until they are fully closed. He urged everyone to contact the emergency hotline (999) when facing any issue and to avoid spreading rumours, relying instead on official channels for accurate information.
