The Deputy Interior Minister, Lt-General Adel bin Khalifa Al Fadhel, received the Chief Executive Officer of the National Health Regulatory Authority (NHRA), Dr. Ahmed Mohammed Al Ansari, during which he received the Diamond National Accreditation Certificate awarded to the Health and Social Affairs Directorate at the Ministry of Interior. The meeting was attended by the Interior Ministry Undersecretary, Shaikh Nasser bin Abdulrahman Al Khalifa, and the Administrative Affairs Assistant Undersecretary, Shaikh Salman bin Rashid Al Khalifa.
At the outset of the meeting, the Deputy Interior Minister praised this qualitative achievement, which reflects the Ministry of Interior’s ongoing commitment to continuously enhancing the quality of healthcare services provided to its personnel and their families.
He noted that this accreditation falls within the Ministry’s institutional transformation agenda and its pursuit of the highest standards of health quality and accreditation, in line with the Kingdom of Bahrain’s vision and national approach to supporting the healthcare sector.
He affirmed that this achievement reflects the Health and Social Affairs Directorate's dedicated efforts to enhance the efficiency of medical services, noting that obtaining the Diamond National Accreditation Certificate is clear evidence of the implementation of the highest standards of quality, safety, and clinical governance across all health and medical departments.
The Deputy Interior Minister expressed appreciation to NHRA for its role in promoting professional standards in the healthcare sector. He also commended the Health and Social Affairs Directorate personnel for this accomplishment and wished them continued success in further improving services for the Ministry’s personnel.
