The Chief of Police, Lt-General Tariq Al Hassan, received the President of the International Tent Pegging Federation, Sheikh Mohammed Issa Al-Fairuz. Deputy Chief of Police, Lt-General Dr Shaikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, and Assistant Chief of Police for Operations and Training, Brigadier Mohammed Abdullah Al Haram.
At the outset of the meeting, the Chief welcomed the guest, commending the Federation's prominent role in developing the sport at both regional and international levels, as well as its efforts to organise championships and raise professional standards, thereby supporting specialised sports and enhancing their presence on the international stage.
The meeting also reviewed avenues for cooperation and coordination in organising sporting events and discussed several topics of mutual interest.
