The Northern Governor, Hassan Abdulla Al Madani, received the Deputy Chairman of the Bahrain Agricultural Cooperative Society, Yousif Al Bouri, along with a number of the Society’s members, in the presence of Deputy Northern Governor, Brigadier Abdullah Ali Rashid Maanter.
During the meeting, the Northern Governor underscored the Governorate’s commitment to supporting agricultural initiatives aligned with Healthy Cities standards by strengthening food security, promoting healthy production and consumption patterns, and advancing the sustainability of the agricultural sector in ways that benefit the community. He emphasised the importance of community partnerships, supporting the local market, and promoting Bahraini agricultural produce to bolster food security.
