Chief of Police, Lt-General Tariq Al Hassan, honoured two police personnel, Mohammed Majed and Bilal Akbar, of the Special Security Force, in recognition of their vigilance and strong sense of responsibility demonstrated when they rescued a three-year-old child who had been drowning and administered first aid before she was transferred to the hospital for treatment.
The Chief commended the two personnel for their swift response and high level of professionalism, noting that their humanitarian act reflects the noble values of police personnel and demonstrates the Ministry of Interior's readiness and efficiency in handling emergency situations.
He stressed that Bahrain’s Police remain ever-present in protecting lives and safeguarding public safety, urging continued dedication to duty and the reinforcement of humanitarian principles alongside security responsibilities. He wished them continued success in serving the Kingdom and all citizens and residents.
