Chief of Police, Lt-General Tariq Al Hassan, received a delegation from the UK Department of Transport.
At the outset of the meeting, the Chief welcomed the delegation. The two sides discussed avenues for security cooperation and shared mutual interests, with a view to opening channels for the exchange of expertise and the conduct of joint exercises to enhance security and safety systems in line with internationally recognised standards.
The meeting was attended by the Assistant Chief of Police for Operations and Training Affairs, Brigadier Mohammed Abdullah Al Harram.
