The Ministry of Interior announced that, in cooperation between the General Directorate of Guards and the Information & eGovernment Authority, the Guards Training School has joined the National Suggestions and Complaints System “Tawasul,” which is available to citizens and residents via Bahrain.bh/Tawasul and by downloading the “Tawasul” app available through the eGovernment application store at bahrain.bh/apps.
In this regard, the Guards Training School confirmed that licensed private security and guard companies, their employees, and civil entities providing private security services can submit their proposals, inquiries, and observations related to private security and guarding services through the Tawasul system and app, in order to enhance the quality of services provided.
The Guards Training School emphasised its commitment to training its staff and personnel to the highest standards, ensuring smooth interaction with various public proposals and inquiries through the Tawasul system and app, which represents a qualitative leap in saving time and effort, ensuring service quality, and speeding up response times.
It is noteworthy that the National Suggestions and Complaints System (Tawasul) was launched in 2014 with the aim of enhancing the performance of government entities to provide high-quality services to everyone, enabling individuals to participate in the development and decision-making process, ensuring fairness and equality in handling various cases, and unifying the government’s approach to feedback.
In 2016, the Tawasul app was launched to strengthen the system’s role in handling various submitted cases. The app includes a range of services such as the “Fix2Go” service with GPS functionality, uploading documents using mobile phone features, and benefiting from most smart device capabilities within the Tawasul app.
It is also worth noting that the total number of entities that have joined the Tawasul system to date has reached 61 government entities.
