The Ministry of Interior announced that teams from the General Directorate of Civil Defence have extinguished a fire that broke out at a restaurant inside a building in the Arad area.
Upon receiving the case, the Civil Defence vehicles were immediately dispatched to the site, where evacuation procedures were carried out, and the fire was brought under control. The incident resulted in damage to a neighbouring building and several parked vehicles, with no injuries reported.
The General Directorate of Civil Defence confirmed that cooling operations were conducted to prevent the fire from reigniting, noting that investigations are ongoing to determine the cause.
