The organising committee of the Bahrain Open Tennis Challenger 2026 reviewed the latest organisational preparations for the tournament during a coordination meeting chaired by the Chairman of the Supreme Committee of the Bahrain Open Tennis Challenger 2026, Shaikh Khalid bin Rashid Al Khalifa.
The tournament is scheduled to be held on the tennis courts of the Police Officers Club from 26 January to 1 February, under the supervision and organisation of the Police Sports Association, in cooperation with the Police Officers Club.
During the meeting, remarks and proposals submitted by the heads of the relevant committees were reviewed, along with an assessment of progress achieved under the approved work plan. The meeting also followed up on preparations related to the organisational, administrative and technical aspects of the tournament.
The meeting also addressed the readiness of the tournament courts in line with International Tennis Federation requirements, in addition to discussing arrangements for receiving players and approving the competition schedule and accompanying activities, as part of comprehensive preparations to host the sporting event.
