The Ministry of Interior announced that the official working hours of the Nationality, Passports and Residence Affairs (NPRA) during the holy month of Ramadan will be at the Premium Service Centre at the main building in Hoora, in addition to the Isa Town branch and Muharraq branch (Security Complex), will be from Sunday to Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. On Saturdays, working hours will be from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
NPRA stressed the importance of booking an appointment in advance through the MAWAEID application to facilitate the completion of services. For enquiries, customers may contact the Call Centre on 17077077 or via email at info@npra.gov.bh.
