The General Directorate of Verdict Enforcement and Alternative Penalties, in coordination with the Northern Governorate and with the support and cooperation of the Capital and Southern Governorates, distributed Ramadan food baskets to families benefiting from the “Fael Khair” programme as part of the (Fael Khair) initiative. The campaign comes within the framework of strengthening community partnership and reinforcing the values of national belonging.
On this occasion, the Directorate expressed its sincere appreciation to the Capital and Southern Governorates for their fruitful cooperation and continuous support in ensuring the success of these humanitarian initiatives, which embody the spirit of solidarity and social cohesion.
The Directorate affirmed that the distribution process witnessed the participation of a number of beneficiaries of alternative sentencing, reflecting its commitment to enhancing social reintegration programmes, consolidating the values of good citizenship, and embodying the principles of the tolerant Islamic faith centred on generosity and charitable giving.
