His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, received a letter of thanks from General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, Minister of Interior, expressing his sincere appreciation for His Majesty’s visit to the Ministry of Interior. Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah said His Majesty the King’s visit to the ministry at this critical time once again reflects the continued support for police officers, in appreciation of their dedication and sacrifices in safeguarding the security and stability of the nation. He added that the visit strengthened their determination to continue carrying out their national duty and to bear the responsibility entrusted to them, regardless of the sacrifices and challenges. He also said the close ties between the leadership, the people and the security institutions are well established among Bahrainis, who value their country and the leadership of His Majesty the King. He added that His Majesty’s leadership reinforces the foundations of security, stability and national unity in the Kingdom. The Interior Minister noted that the ministry draws guidance from His Majesty the King’s approach and vision, which emphasise responsibility and determination. He affirmed the ministry’s continued commitment to carrying out its national duties, protecting the country and maintaining its security and stability, in support of the leadership’s vision for further progress and development in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
