The General Directorate of Civil Defence concluded the activities of a specialised training programme, in which more than 54 volunteers participated through the National Volunteering Platform, in the presence of the Director-General of Civil Defence.
The programme included various advanced training modules covering first aid, handling hazardous materials, public safety concepts, emergency evacuation procedures, and firefighting skills, within an integrated framework that combined theoretical and practical components.
The programme aims to raise preparedness levels, enhance volunteer efficiency, and equip them to handle a range of emergency situations with a high degree of professionalism, thereby supporting the public safety system and protecting lives and property.
