His Excellency Capital Governor Shaikh Khalid bin Hamoud bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, presided over a meeting of the Governorate’s Security Committee with representatives from various security agencies. The Committee assessed measures to enhance public safety under current circumstances, focusing on improving coordination among relevant authorities to strengthen responsiveness to emerging developments and sustain operational readiness.
During the meeting, HE the Capital Governor praised the notable efforts of all Ministry of Interior security directorates, emphasising their vigilance and readiness to tackle diverse challenges. He observed that such high competence reflects advanced equipment, field experience, and the security forces' capacity to execute their duties effectively, thereby upholding security, stability, and the protection of the community.
He further commended the public's commendable awareness, demonstrated by adherence to civil defence guidance, reflecting strong community partnership and national responsibility. This underscores the importance of cohesive collaboration between official bodies and the community in reinforcing public safety and security.
