The General Supervisor of the Ministry of Interior Bahrain Tennis Challenger, Shaikh Khalid bin Rashid Al Khalifa, opened an exhibition on Monday on the sideline of the tournament. The President of the International Tennis Federation, David Haggerty, Chairman of Bahrain Tennis Federation, Shaikh Abdulaziz bin Mubarak Al Khalifa, officials, athletes and the public attended.
Shaikh Khalifa briefed about the event’s activities, including a performance by the Police Band, a display of the latest sports requirements and a traditional food corner. The public was treated to sports competitions and activities.
The General Supervisor hailed the success of the event in attracting tennis fans and the good organisation process of the exhibition and the international event. He invited citizens and residents to attend to watch the matches and enjoy the associated activities.
