Director-General of Verdicts Implementation and Alternative Penalties graduates a training course

Under the patronage of Director-General of Verdicts Implementation and Alternative Penalties Sheikh Khalid bin Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa and in the presence of the British Deputy Ambassador, Mr. Stuart Summers, a graduation ceremony was held for the “Alternative penalties” course, which was held in cooperation with the British Embassy in Kingdom of Bahrain and the British Sheffield Hallam University with the participation of 22 of the Ministry’s personnel.
Director-General of Verdicts Implementation and Alternative Penalties stressed that this course aimed to refine the skills of the participants in the field of alternative punishments, which comes in line with the royal vision of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, and the directives and follow-up of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister in addition to the support of His Excellency Minister of Interior General Sheikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa in implementing the Alternative Punishment Law . Director -General also praised the role of the British Embassy in Kingdom of Bahrain for providing available expertise and knowledge for those in charge of these humanitarian fields.
