The Executive Office of the National Civil Emergency Management Committee participated in the final meeting to evaluate an exercise, “Backup 1,” held by the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Emergency Management Center in Kuwait.
This exercise is part of the GCC countries' ongoing efforts to enhance their ability to respond quickly and effectively to various challenges and emergencies. It reflected the importance of cooperation and coordination between the relevant authorities to manage crises in an integrated manner.
During the meeting, the participants reviewed a comprehensive report on all stages of the exercise and discussed ways to enhance emergency response mechanisms in the future.
